Joining SEQUEST is open to anyone aged 15 years and over.
No communications experience is necessary as comprehensive training is provided.

Emergency Communications Juinor Monitors

SEQUEST has a emergency communications juinor group. Where members aged between 15 and 18 can particpate in SEQUEST operations under supervision and be trained up to role of a Emergency Communications Operator. Juinor monitors particpate in training and as a id badge and email address. Juinor members will get the chance to meet other emergency services and learn new skills, make new friends and take pride in assisting the community in time of need for more information please contact us
Training
Training is provided on a regular basis covering Emergency Communications to Basic radio operation and mapping and navigation.
Numerous training programs
are currently in place. Also we offer a basic marine communications Training to our members.
Rankings are classified as to what level of training is complete.
